• 2 years of experience as US HR Executive
• Experience into onboarding and exit formalities of an employee/consultant
• Experience into I-9,  E-verify audits
• Must have experience into Drafting, Vetting & Reviewing of Agreements. (CPT agreements, OPT forms and Final Evaluation for CPT or OPT candidates). 
• Deal with STEM Extension process (I983 Form), W4 Forms and Ceipal
