US Immigration specialist

• 3 – 5 years of experience into US Immigration
• Review and analyze MSA’s, NDA’s, and vendor contract letters
• Handle New H-1B,  amendment, extension, and transfer cases, as well as H4 dependents visa filing, H4 EAD filing, and preparation of supporting documents for PERM/I-140 & Perm Audits
• File LCA’s as per DOL regulations, ensuring on-time filing and maintaining PAF and LCA posting notices.
• Coordinate and review LCAs with attorneys and provide updates to consultants
• Assist in the submission of visa categories H-1B, H4, and H4 EAD by preparing and submitting forms like I-129, I-539, and I-765.
• Manage and track H1-B, GC, and immigration documents in the H1-B , GC system
