UX Engineer
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products, from ideation to implementation. You will be responsible for leading user research initiatives, creating user-centered designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:
- Lead user research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop and refine user personas and journey maps
- Create user-centered designs that are intuitive, engaging, and effective
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented as intended
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Create and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Mentor and coach junior UX designers
- Stay up to date on the latest UX trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Figma and XD
- Experience with wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as PDLC, Scrum, and Kanban
- Proficient in whiteboarding and sketching tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to gather and elicit project requirements
- Strong Knowledge of responsive web design, design aesthetics, design systems, typography and color schemes
- Ability to understand requirements and design appealing interfaces
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of the latest AI tools
