Along with ServiceNow development experience, need below know how on the Order Management Module of ServiceNow –
• Product bundles and attributes. Create listings for multiple product types including bundles, attributes, and configurable offerings.
• Product detail pages. Create listings for multiple product types including bundles and attributes and configurable offerings.
• Price lists. Define multiple pricelists and set default list prices for products.
• Product catalog. Define product offerings, specifications, and attributes.
• Order capture. Use the order data model and Order Capture API to import orders from third-party systems. Empower agents to create and track orders via the workspace.
• Order fulfillment. Create workflows in ServiceNow that automate order decomposition and order tasks.
• Order tracking. Provide customers with visibility into order status and details from the ServiceNow portal.
• Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of ServiceNow integrations and interfaces with third party applications and data sources using Extensible Markup Language (XML), Email, web services, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST), Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), Oracle, Excel, Web Service Definition Language (WSDL), and IntegrationHub.
• Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of ServiceNow Mid Server.
• Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of complex process workflows using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and App Engine tools.
• Demonstrate experience with design and implementation of OMT on ServiceNow platform.
