UI Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Engineer at the associate level to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will contribute to shaping the user experience of our products, from ideation to implementation. You will work collaboratively with the design and development teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

UX Responsibilities:

• Contribute to user research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Assist in developing and refining user personas and journey maps.
• Collaborate with senior UX designers to create user-centred designs that are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
• Participate in user testing and usability studies to gather feedback and provide input for design improvements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation and style guides.

UI Responsibilities:

• Be able to convert Figma/XD design into responsive interfaces with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy with timely delivery.
• Be able to adapt and implement latest trends in the field of UI. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, ReactJS or Angular JS and JavaScript is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proficiency in Figma and XD for wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS and JavaScript is mandatory.
• Ability to gather and elicit project requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, whiteboarding and sketching tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
